Colchester Choral Society recorded a CD in 2018. Both the featured work, Images of Peace, which was commissioned from Alan Bullard, and the recording itself, were made possible through a legacy from Richard Daniel, a former choir member.
Alan Bullard explains more about Images of Peace, a five movement unaccompanied work on the theme of world peace, on his website.
The CD also features other songs by English composers, including Elgar, Finzi and Vaughan Williams.
